X-in Miao Center founded in 2016. It's established under the philosophy of "X-in Miao Treatment System of Scoliosis (XTS)", the experts come from multiple disciplines such as epidemiology, scoliosis screening, medical training, bracing, intensive rehabilitation therapy, ultrasound myography and statistics, forming the comprehensive conservative treatment team including scoliosis screening, diagnosis and treatment. Simultaneously, X-in Miao Funding Center is cooperating with the Student Health Cooperation Center of Peking University Institute of Child and Adolescent Health along with Scoliosis Center of Primary and Middle School Students of Guangzhou.

Screening Department

In 2013, this department was established by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, Youth Development Foundation, and the Scoliosis Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University. All members of the department have undergone extensive training and practice. This team so far has completed scoliosis screening for 1.8 million students in 5 cities of Guangdong province. The accuracy rate of scoliosis screening is up to 95%. Because of its accuracy, this team was won recognition from the Education Department of Guangdong Province, city and provincial governments, society and medias.

Intensive Rehabilitation Therapy (IRT)

Based on the Scoliosis Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University, the IRT focuses on treating patients (moderate to severe scoliosis) with conservative therapy, including shock-wave physiotherapy, massage, traction, and electric stimulation which can improve a patient's scoliosis.

Medical Training Therapy (MTT)

MTT is created by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, Scoliosis Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University, and Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education. This is China's first expert team that specializes on scoliosis training therapy. All members have received training from within and outside of China. By having a diverse group of experts, the MTT department has created an effective training program for scoliosis patients to correct their scoliosis.

Bracing Department

Members of the bracing department have gone through professional training in scoliosis brace design. This is the first scoliosis brace treatment team created by specialists and professional brace therapists in China. Their expertise includes proficiency in all-day braces, night braces, postoperative protective braces, soft braces for infants and young children, soft braces, and other types of braces.

Online Customers Service

Members of this department have a solid understanding of scoliosis screening, MTT, rehabilitation, surgery, bracing, and in the treatment of telephone network tracking. Currently, this department is responsible for consultation in X-in Miao Charity projects (in the middle schools of Guangdong Province). By doing so, they are prepared to helped patients in understanding scoliosis, MTT, brace treatment, IRT, surgical treatments.
