Medical Training Therapy

Medical training therapy helps patients improve their scoliosis posture with the aids of simple training tools and workouts. A series of physical activities control the development of scoliosis by enhancing muscle strength around the spine. Correction training is a multipurpose program where it not only corrects scoliosis; but also, straightens the rotating spine, and corrects the kyphosis or lordosis. This training therapy is personalized as the doctors will tailor a training program that aims to minimize scoliosis. As the correction progresses, the patient should contact their trainers so that adjustments to the training program can be made when visible changes occur.

Medical training is always needed for a scoliosis patients for different target. During the correction period, the child patient must visit the doctor on a regular basis and follow the doctor's advice.

Throughout this training period, every step must be observed and monitored by professional medical trainers. Please refrain from diverting from the training to "self-learning" or correction methods from non-medical professionals.

The physical correction training process needs to make full use of all the conditions and time in daily life, and integrate orthopedic movements into daily walking, standing, sitting and lying, so as to retain normal long-term orthopedic forces, and obtain better treatment results.
