Spine Center Xinhua Hospital was established by Profess Yang Jun Lin (China's expert on scoliosis). This center holds a systematic complete structure and integrated medical education/ research system.
 

This center holds 44 hospital beds, 27 medical staff, 17 P.h.D, 2 P.h.D mentors, and 5 MA mentors. Moreover, the center holds medical technologies, clinical diagnosis, and treatments for spine deformities, spinal trauma, spinal minimally invasive, and spinal tumors. Since its establishment, the center has accepted 1500 cases. The center has been rank in the top five municipal hospitals in Shanghai for spinal surgery.

The spinal center is split into two divisions: adult and children. The center contains powerful experts in pediatric oncology surgery, pediatric oncology, pathology, imaging, radiotherapy, and rehabilitation. Center also establishes medical physiques, braces orthopedics for children, and adolescents with spinal deformities. At the same time, the center has created Shanghai Adolescent Scoliosis Control and Prevention System. This system provides comprehensive treatment for adolescents.
