2019 COA (Chinese Orthopedic Association) International Conference

On November 14-17, 2019; the 21st Orthopedic Conference of the Chinese Medical Association and the 14th International Academic Conference (Chinese Orthopedic Association COA) was held in Shanghai National Convention Center. Professor Yang Jun Lin, the current head of the Pediatric Spine Group of the Orthopedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association; deputy head of the Pediatric Traumatology Group of the Chinese Medicine Association, was invited to participate the conference. Moreover, he served as not only a guest speaker; but also, a host. Dr. Huang Zi Fang and Dr. Yang Jin Fan were invited as guest keynote speakers at the conference.

During this meeting, the team mainly summarized and shared breakthroughs in conservative treatment for adolescent scoliosis and fraction cases of severe scoliosis. Professor Yang Jun Lin spoke on "Exploration of New Concepts in the Treatment of Idiopathic Scoliosis in Adolescence" which is conducted an extensive analysis of the conservative treatment of adolescent scoliosis at 40-60 degrees.

Dr. Huang Zi Fang spoke on "The Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Medical Training For Idiopathic Scoliosis at Different Ages and Bone Maturity". While Dr. Yang Jing Fan spoke on "The Evaluation of the Efficacy of Cranial Ring Gravity Traction Before Severe Scoliosis".
