How to measure the Cobb angle?

The Cobb Angle is an indicator for scoliosis. Cobb angle is a measurement selecting the most inclined vertebral bodies (upper and lower vertebrae) at both ends of the lateral curvature, and marking parallel lines along the upper and lower endplates. The angle formed by these two lines called Cobb Angle.
